Q: When I click "GET" to download a show or an article, it starts playing that file in a QuickTime, WindowsMedia, or some other player instead. How can I download it?

A:Follow these steps:
1) Right-click the "Get" button
2) Choose "Save Target As..." or "Save Link As..." from the dropdown menu
3) Spesify the location on your computer where you would like the file to be stored
4) Click "Save"
